If you are dissatisfied with Chat services, replied messages, costs of Chat services or with any of these terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using Chat services. You agree to indemnify and hold Mobile Bridges and each of its stand-alone services, its partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising from the content you transmit to or through, as well as your conduct on or arising from the use of, Chat services.

Termination

Mobile Bridges may without notice suspend or terminate your use of Chat services wholly or partially for any valid reason, including, without limitation, where you use language which may be considered offensive or your use of Chat services is otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
