When you have entered the chat you will receive unlimited text messages at 9.99/mo plus standard message rates according to your wireless plan.
Stop chat service
There are 3 ways to stop the service:
1. Normal unsubscribing procedure
The easiest way to unsubscribe is to send a so called stop-SMS. To stop just send a text message with the code STOP and send it to short code 40200.
2. Via e-mail
You're able to unsubscribe by e-mail too. When you send MobDesk an e-mail, do not forget to mention your mobile phone number. Without your mobile phone number we CANNNOT help you. Please, send your e-mail to support@chat40200.com or help@chat40200.com.
